In news that has nothing to do with much of anything
The Spanner/Shoichi fic I've found is all mopey and angsty. This doesn't really seem to jive with the Spanner/Shoichi dynamic from the episodes where they interact.

I want something with fluff, where they build stuff together until Shouichi has to run off and get jerked around by Byakuran for a while, but where Shouichi looks forward to spending that little bit of time with Spanner. Dammit, I'm out of practice finding what I want in fandom, apparently.

I may have given up trying to find fic with my primary pairing, too. Fuck you, fandom. Also, fuck you for the random numbering scheme for pairings. If you didn't want to do smush-names, couldn't you at least have picked a scheme that made some damn sense?



For those of you not in the know, the fandom is Katekyou Hitman REBORN!, which may be one of the crackier shounen shows out right now. I'm talking, like, a Mafia hitman who's five years old, sort of cracky.
